Fitness at CODE
Hello, I’m Ollie. I have studied sport and exercise science subjects for the past 6 years, through completing my A Levels at school in Leicester and recently graduating from the University of Lincoln with a degree in Sports Development & Coaching. For the past year I have been working as a Gym Instructor for PT7; running circuit training and group fitness sessions around Leicestershire.
I am passionate about the fitness industry and am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals. My favourite types of training (as a trainer and participator) consist of all variables of HIIT; from the treadmill to group Tabata sessions. I’m here to guide and motivate you, to reach your goals faster.
Leonie has practised Yoga for almost a decade, and chose to train as a yoga teacher because she wanted to preach her passion. Leonie's yoga classes contain an eclectic mix of yogic styles, including: dynamic hathayoga for alignment, sivananda yoga for subtle mind and breath work, and predominantly astanga vinyasa yoga for heat, flexibility and stamina. Typically, the Western yogic path is about combatting and detaching oneself from our modern day stresses. This is why yoga is so different (and effective) compared to other exercise programs, as by practising yoga, we are finding peace and tranquillity within; whilst simultaneously maintaining a healthy, strong body.
Hello, I’m Claire. Health and fitness has been a big part of my life enabling me to play football professionally for Leicester FC and Derby County FC. Since then I’ve been able to coach football around the world, most recently in New York. Now back in the UK I can’t wait to start delivering fitness sessions at Code students.
My favourite types of training are high intensity intervals, circuits and resistance training. I believe that exercise should not only have an objective but also be fun. Come along to one of my group sessions and be prepared to work hard to earn your goals.

- The HIIT session with Ollie on a Monday is a fantastic session. It works the whole body and you are more than likely to wake up the next day feeling sore however there is no better way to feel good about yourself! If you are mentally bogged down at the levels of uni work and application to your studies, this is one way to let it all out. He will guide you through a fantastic variety of exercises which will get the heart rate up. Do not be put off you do get a series of breaks over the session. Enjoy - it is well worth attending.
