Our Upper Deluxe Studios are among some of the most affordable in the building.

Our Deluxe & Upper Deluxe Studios are equipped with essential appliances like a large fridge freezer, oven, stove, and microwave.

All Deluxe Studios come complete with your own study space. But on floors 6-12, our Upper Deluxe Studios mix affordability with great urban views of Coventry. 

Your Deluxe or Upper Deluxe Studio comes with a designer bathroom suite with toilet, luxury double shower, heated towel rail, mirror and fan.

Our Deluxe or Upper Deluxe rooms are designed to be spacious and make the best use of the layout. Most follow the same layout.

At the other end of our Extra Large Deluxe Studios is the kitchen and desk area. Featuring two full length east-facing windows, it's a particularly bright room.

Our Extra Large Deluxe Studios are our biggest rooms and are uniquely positioned in our Block A building. With a vast living area and a bathroom off the entrance hallway.

In Block A Extra Large studios there is a double bed, double sofa, TV and triple wardrobe on one side of the room. In Block B (not pictured), the room is trapezium shaped, with the kitchen at one end and bed/wardrobe/chair at the other.

Our Extra Large Deluxe Studios in Block B have a corner layout and the bathroom comes as a wet room. Our available room on Floor 2 has a double sofa as well.

Our spacious entrance hallway gives you plenty of space to enter your room... and also includes the door to the bathroom.

In Block A, our 'Corner Studios' take a slightly different shape, come with a slightly offset kitchen and include two waist-level windows (please note you will have two neighbours with these rooms) .

The Corner Deluxe Studios in Block A have the kitchen and bathroom at the other end of the room. 

The Large Deluxe Studios in Block B offer a bit more floor space, perfect for those seeking additional room or the opportunity to personalise their space with smaller furniture items and accessories.
