'No Visa, No Pay' promise

Our No Visa, No Pay promise means that any money you’ve paid towards your contract will be fully refunded if your visa application is unsuccessful and you are unable to start your course at a UK university.

This policy applies to students starting a new course at a UK university, including undergraduate degrees and postgraduate/Master’s degrees. To request a refund, please email evidence from your university or UK Immigration by Friday 4th September 2026. T&Cs apply.

Our Room Types

1) Studios - Leicester and Coventry

Your own space with everything you need. Our studios contain a bed, en-suite luxury bathroom, a practical kitchen and relaxing sofa and study spaces. You can also decide to book a larger room or one with a better view for an additional weekly cost.

Larger rooms are ideal for dual occupancy if you want to live with your partner! Only one occupant needs to be a student to accept the Tenancy Agreement.

2) 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Apartments - Fairfax, Coventry

Our brand new 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments at CODE Fairfax Street, Coventry, have their own separate lounge, kitchen and utility room. And each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. This is luxury student living taken to the next level. 


3) En-suite room in a Shared Apartment - Harper Road, Coventry

At CODE Harper Road, we also offer rooms that come with an en-suite bathroom, where you share a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with 3-7 other students. These are a great choice if you are looking for a more affordable option.

Safety and Security 🔒

Moving to a new country can feel overwhelming, so we make safety one less thing to worry about. With 24-hour on-site security, secure key fob entry, and CCTV throughout the property, you can feel safe and supported at any time of day.

Location - Close to University 🚶

  • Coventry University is less than a 5-minute walk from both Fairfax and Harper Road.
  • The University of Warwick is easily accessible from Fairfax Street, with Pool Meadow Bus Station right next door. A direct bus runs every 7 minutes to Warwick campus and takes around 15 minutes.
  • De Montfort University is just 320m from CODE, making it a 2-minute walk to campus.
  • The University of Leicester is just under 20 minutes away by bus, or just 9 minutes by bike using Leicester’s safe cycle routes.

Travel to and from national airports to Coventry ✈️

There are many routes that make travel from international airports easy.

Coach travel

You can catch a National Express coach direct from several major UK airports to Coventry’s Pool Meadow Bus Station, which is right next door to CODE. This includes:

  • Birmingham Airport (20–40 mins journey time)
  • Heathrow Airport (2–3 hours)
  • Gatwick Airport (3.5–5 hours) depending on the service and traffic
