Desk – personal workspace with desk, comfortable office chair and 32” TV. Plus plenty of plug sockets for all your tech!
Broadband – free broadband with unlimited downloads, dedicated network support available 24/7 and speeds of up to 200mb/s.
Safe and secure – secure fob entry, alongside our 24/7, 365 days-a-year site security.
Studio design – modern features including blackout curtains, laminate wooden flooring and large windows. Many rooms have floor to ceiling windows.

Due to the unique layout of our Harper Road site, our studio shapes vary within each block. When calculating the price of all room types, we have looked at the overall space available not just room shape. We cannot guarantee a certain room (e.g. away from lifts) or associated noise levels. Rooms configuration (e.g. sofa/chair placement) may also vary.
