Terms

Terms

• This applies to new bookings only - so you cannot ask for this to be added if your friend has already signed their contract.
• You both must complete your booking, that is paid your holding and damage deposit, and sign your tenancy agreement.
• If you want to pay in four instalments or monthly, your guarantor must have also completed their documentation.
• You cannot claim a "Refer a Friend" credit if the person you are recommending has already been recommended by another person or agent.
• CODE will make the final decision on all credits where there is a dispute.

Free Gym Access

The gym is free to use for all current CODE residents.

All you need to do is pop into our CODE Office, where our helpful staff will give you a fob which you can use to gain access to the entrance and gym.

T&Cs

• You must be a current CODE resident to qualify.
• Only students who have a Guarantor are eligible for this offer.
• Your booking must be complete, i.e. your one week’s holding deposit has been paid and paperwork, including the Guarantor Agreement, has been completed.
• If you cancel your booking, you will be asked to return your fob to the CODE office, either in person or by recorded post.
• If you lose your fob, you must notify us immediately. Lost fobs will be charged at our standard rate of £20.
• By receiving your fob, you agree to use the CODE gym respectfully and take full responsibility for any damages that may occur due to misuse. CODE will be reimbursed the total cost of repairing any damages caused by misuse.

If you don't meet the conditions of your University Offer and no longer have a place at university, all money paid towards your contract will be fully refunded.

✅ If you don't get your place, simply email us the relevant communication from your university confirming that you no longer have a place.

*Please note:

• You must have a confirmed offer from your university (and accepted this offer as your first/"Firm" choice) when you book for the Fresher's Promise to apply.
• If your place has been withdrawn because of a breach of the university’s Code of Conduct regarding behaviour – or as a result of a breach (or potential breach) of the conditions in your CODE contract – this offer will not apply.

Promotional rates can change throughout the year depending on availability and demand, as they do across other industries, such as the hospitality or the hotel sector.

Flash sales and offers are designed specifically as a short-term promotion and could be based on the desirability of the rooms left. 

When special offers are applied, they normally have specific terms and conditions, such as not having the option to select a specific studio.

By booking earlier, you may also have received other benefits, such as spreading payments.

It is worth noting that special offers will revert to original terms/prices when we launch our renewal bookings in November. So, if you plan to stay with us again, your original booking may actually prove better value long term.
