The team will put your mind at ease and make you feel comfortable while they carry out your repair.
To make it easier, you can report your maintenance issues 24/7 via your student portal.

We aim to fix any issues as quickly as we can but ask for 48 hours to fix non-urgent issues.
If you want to know about progress, you can check the status of the job via the student portal.
If we need to order parts or a specialist item, we always contact the resident to keep them informed.
