The CODE Office

When you choose to live at CODE Coventry you can rest assured there is always someone on site.

Our main office is open 6 days a week: Monday - Saturday, 9.00am - 5:30 pm. 

Outside of these times we have an on-site security team. They have their own office where they monitor the CCTV throughout the site, but also regularly patrol the complex.

Our Office Team

Led by our Accommodation Manager Lewis, our team of sales executives are there to help with all of your queries. 

Feel free to pop down to Fairfax Street (we're just behind The Hub, and next door to the Bus Station) and see us. Please note we may limit access to the office during the Covid nationwide lockdown.

The team can answer any questions you have about living with us at CODE. That could be helping with your room booking or telling you a bit more about CODE.

  • Electricity bills and charges
  • Tours of our show flat or site
  • Printing (a small charge applies)

Our Online Customer Chat Service

Our "CODE Chat Angels" are online 7 days a week, often when the rest of the office has left for the day. They are used to getting all kinds of questions, so never be afraid to ask.

What's even better, many of our angels are or have been residents at CODE themselves - so they know how you're feeling and have lots of inside info! 

Jump on our website to talk to our friendly team of online chatters. Just click the prompt in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. We're online 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Saturdays, 10am-6pm Sundays.

Our Security Team

Our team are there to keep you safe and help you out. 

They regularly patrol the site and make sure everything is secure. Plus have a mobile for emergency calls. Find out more on our Safety and security page

Our Cleaners

We have a team of in-house cleaners, who you'll see around the site Monday-Saturday. They clean the communal areas, the bin/bicycle stores, laundry room, all corridors, lifts and external areas of the complex.

They also constantly check the security of the complex including windows, lighting, lifts and doors. However, we always encourage our residents to report anything that needs addressing.
