All you need to do is drop into our main office (just off Briton Street), call 0116 233 5678 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you're thinking about living at CODE you may also find it useful to check out our FAQs page.
Our main office is also home to our show flat. You are welcome to come and take a tour of the flat during office opening hours.
One of our team will talk you through the features and tell you a little more about CODE.
Our "CODE Chat Angels" are online 7 days a week, often when the rest of the office has left for the day. They are used to getting all kinds of questions, so never be afraid to ask.
What's even better, many of our angels are or have been residents at CODE themselves - so they know how you're feeling and have lots of inside info!
Jump on our website to talk to our friendly team of online chatters. Just click the prompt in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. We're online 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Saturdays, 10am-6pm Sundays.
Led by our senior security officer Sandy, our team are there to keep you safe and help you out.
They regularly patrol the site and make sure everything is secure. Plus have a mobile for emergency calls. Find out more on our Safety and security page.
We have a team of in-house cleaners, who you'll see around the site Monday-Saturday. They clean the communal areas, the bin/bicycle stores, laundry room, all corridors, lifts and external areas of the complex.
They also constantly check the security of the complex including windows, lighting, lifts and doors. However, we always encourage our residents to report anything that needs addressing.
