“CODE has been excellent all year, has been a complete turn around since the traditional basic student house I stayed in last year. Buildings are modern, room is very well laid out, gym is excellent and the location is fantastic with DMU, the leisure centre and Tesco located so near by. The deposit from CODE was 300 pounds and they allow for general wear and tear - so a well kept room should have this deposit returned which is good as I had a bad experience with this last year with a student house. Overall - Very good - would recommend to those in their final year at uni!”
