We also offer Dual Occupancy on all of our rooms, so you can share your space with someone special. Only one of you needs to be a student and the tenancy agreement will be in their name. We will just charge you +£25 per week for dual occupancy and for an additional set of keys.
All we ask is that once you have booked your room, you let us know that there will be two of you staying with us by contacting the site team.
If you are looking for our most affordable studio, or one of our largest, you may want to consider living at CODE Harper Road.
Located just 80 metres from the Library-side of the Coventry University campus, these studio flats are another great option.
