In November 2025 we will contact you to let you know how to renew your room for the next academic year - starting September 2026.
Stay in your room rent-free stays between your contracts. If you are on a 48 week contract, that could mean 4 weeks rent-free! Although you will have to pay energy costs for the 4 weeks.
If you renew there is no need to move out over the summer 😊 There’s no hassle of moving your belongings over the summer, just stay in the same room between your two tenancies. We will automatically give you priority over your room and keep it reserved in your name until 30th November.

For the 2025/26 academic year, our prices started at just £154 per week for an excluded contract or £169 per week for a package contract.

Each year, we look at how our rooms are categorised. We'll be publishing 2026/27 room types in November 2025.
You need this because when you are asked to re-book your room on the student portal, you will need to choose a room type.

Or we will gladly discuss other options with you.
A new holding and tenancy deposit will be required if you want to book a different room.
This year, we are expecting demand for rooms to be high – and we have also incurred rising costs as a business.
But we still have compact rooms (Classic Studios at 15msq) and our Deluxe Studios on floors 1-7 at competitive prices.
We recommend staying in your room because of the benefits outlined above but if you do need a cheaper room, talk to our team and we will find you the best one.
Electric options - 2026/27 prices will be published no later than October 2025. |
"Electricity Excluded" contracts – where you are billed monthly for the number of electricity units used and your daily standing charge. |
"Electricity Package" contracts – your “package” means you have a set amount of money for your electricity use and daily standing charge. |
*We want to make it really clear that we cannot predict if energy prices will rise, so please note your package may supply less units than this next year. We may not be able to confirm the unit amount until Summer or Autumn 2025. We've also taken rising energy prices into consideration when setting rent prices. |
