You've unfortunately missed the guaranteed period to renew your room (November), but don't worry, your studio might still be available for September 2025!

Need more reasons to stay?
1. We’ll give you up to 4 weeks rent-free
Stay in your room rent-free stays between your contracts. If you are on a 48 week contract, that could mean 4 weeks rent-free! Although you will have to pay energy costs for the 4 weeks.
2. No need to move out over summer
If you renew there is no need to move out over the summer 😊 There’s no hassle of moving your belongings over the summer, just stay in the same room between your two tenancies. We will automatically give you priority over your room and keep it reserved in your name until 30th November.

Pricing
At CODE we always offer you unrivalled quality at an affordable price.
For the 2025/26 academic year, our prices start at just £154 per week for an excluded contract or £169 per week for a package contract.
Our price list shows the package price for every available room. Remember to take £15 off the weekly price if you choose the "excluded" electricity contract.
Finding your 25/26 Room Type
Each year, we look at how our rooms are categorised.
When you are asked to re-book your room on the student portal, you will need to choose a room type. Please choose the room from the list below which matches your room.
Please note, this maybe different to the name of your room on your 2024/25 contract.

Booking a different room
If you wish to reserve another room in November 2024 please let us know.
Our Online Chat Team will be able to help you book a studio before it's released to other students. We may even be able to find you a room not yet available on the website.
Or we will gladly discuss other options with you.
A new holding and tenancy deposit will be required if you want to book a different room.
The room I'm living in is out of my budget. What can I do?
This year, we are expecting demand for rooms to be high – and we have also incurred rising costs as a business.
But we still have compact rooms (Classic Studios at 15msq) and our Deluxe Studios on floors 1-7 at competitive prices.
We recommend staying in your room because of the benefits outlined above but if you do need a cheaper room, talk to our team and we will find you the best one.
Electricity bills
Electric optionsFor 2025/26 we're offering a choice between your electricity billed monthly – our "Electricity Excluded" contract – or our “Electricity Package” contract. |

| *We want to make it really clear that we cannot predict if energy prices will rise, so please note your package may supply less units than this next year. We may not be able to confirm the unit amount until Summer or Autumn 2025. We've also taken rising energy prices into consideration when setting rent prices. |
