Renewals for 2026/27 are now open! Re-booking the same studio is quick and easy, just:
Stay in your room rent-free stays between your contracts. If you are on a 48 week contract, that could mean 4 weeks rent-free! Although you will have to pay energy costs for the 4 weeks.
If you renew there is no need to move out over the summer 😊 There’s no hassle of moving your belongings over the summer, just stay in the same room between your two tenancies. We will automatically give you priority over your room and keep it reserved in your name until 30th November.

For the 2026/27 academic year, our prices start at just £154 per week for an excluded contract or £169 per week for a package contract.
In some cases, the prices have stayed the same or increased by just £5 - which is below the rate of inflation.
We know a small amount of tenants may notice more of a price increase from their 2025/26. If this the case, please contact us on WhatsApp and we can talk you through the options.
You need to know your room type, because when you are asked to re-book your room on the student portal, you will need to choose this.

Our Online Chat Team will be able to help you book a studio before it's released to other students. We may even be able to find you a room not yet available on the website.
Or we will gladly discuss other options with you.
A new holding and tenancy deposit will be required if you want to book a different room.
We recommend staying in your room because of the benefits outlined above but if you do need a cheaper room, talk to our team and we will find you the best one.

| For 2026/27 we're offering a choice between "Electricity Excluded" – or “Electricity Package” contracts. |
| You can keep the same option as 25/26 or you can change your choice... you don't need to have the same contract as you have this year. |

*Based on 25/26's prices and with careful electricity use, your package could see you through the year. We want to make it really clear that we cannot predict your electricity use, but will keep you informed of how much you have spent on electricity each month.
We've also taken rising energy prices into consideration when setting rent prices.
