Absolutely! Because we're a private accommodation provider, we can offer you a room straight away. You don't have to meet any criteria and you don't have to wait for your accommodation application to be considered. Just book a room, and its yours!

Our friendly team will need to ask you a few questions, such as what course you want to study and if it's available in Clearing.
If you qualify, you can book a room today and get your week's holding deposit back if you change your mind. But you must let us know you no longer need the room before 5pm on Friday 14th August 2026.

If you have spoken to your chosen university and been given a verbal offer, you can book a room at CODE straightaway. There is no need to wait until you can formally accept your Clearing place.
You just need to be aware that once you have signed your tenancy agreement, you will be responsible for the room if you later change your mind.
Yes, but our advice is, unless you're choosing between Leicester and Coventry, you're better to wait until you are sure.
This is because once you sign your contract, you will be legally responsible for the room at CODE until another tenant is found.
