Paying for your room now

We'll talk you through payment options.

If you know a homeowner in England or Wales who will act as a guarantor, we'll be able to give you 4 payment plans to choose from. If not, we have other options for you.

Within 7 days of booking, you will sign your contract and then you’ll need to pay a £400 tenancy deposit and your first rent payment.
