We pride ourselves on having a very clean and well kept site, you'll often see our cleaning and maintenance teams out around the site keeping things safe.

When cleaning the site we constantly check the security of the property including windows, lighting and doors. However if you notice anything that needs addressing please inform the office staff on 0116 233 5678.

CLEANERS

You'll see our in-house cleaners around the site Monday-Saturday. They will clean the communal areas, the bin/bicycle stores, laundry room, all corridors, lifts and external areas of the complex. Staff will be cleaning communal spaces between 6am and 11am.

You can also help by not leaving litter around the site or bags of rubbish in the corridors. There is a £20 charge for rubbish removal.

MAINTENANCE

You'll see our maintenance team around the site, often carrying ladders or something else heavy. They weed and tidy the site and also repair anything that goes wrong. Sometimes we need to do repairs to the outside of the buildings - and use cherry pickers on site to get to the upper floors. If we need to do this and you're affected, we will email you.
