The property is also only accessible with a key fob so you don’t have to worry about nasty intruders.

Our security team patrol the site diligently, do not hesitate to contact them if you feel you need to – they are here for you.
When the office is closed we do have an emergency maintenance team but all emergency issues are relayed via our security team.

Please be aware that the fire alarms are tested at all of the CODE blocks every Thursday between 10am - 4pm. There is no need to evacuate the building, however, should the alarm continue to sound for more than approximately 2 minutes please assume that a real fire alarm is in progress and evacuate according to your own policy.
Tampering of any fire safety equipment or false call outs will incur a charge.
Our blocks have lifts to help you carry those heavy bags but should you be unfortunate enough to become stuck in a lift please press and hold the alarm button for 3 seconds, this will connect you directly to the emergency call centre, they will advise you of a response time for an engineer to attend and release you.
Please note due to Health & Safety precautions CODE staff cannot release you from the lift as this needs to be done by a qualified lift engineer.
Do call us though and we will help keep you calm.
In the event of fire do not use the lifts at all.
Here at CODE we look out for one another. If you see anything suspicious we encourage you to share it with our security team or the main office. You can act as our very own community watch.
