Be sure to (sensibly) make use of that student discount while you can! 

At CODE, you have your own post-box for those small letters.

But if you're ordering something large, you won’t need to be in to take delivery. Our friendly staff will sign for and hold on to any packages you receive. You can then collect from the Security Office on the ground floor.

Parcel collection times

Our parcel collection times are: 

• Monday - Friday: 1pm - 5pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
  
  Please aim to collect your parcel within 14 days.

POST BOXES

You will have your own personal mailbox, with a key issued to your post box when you move in. 

Our security team will deliver all letters to your personal post-box within 24 hours of us receiving them, but if you need something urgently, you can call us on 024 76 105106 or go onto our online chat service to alert us that the letter is arriving.

All postboxes are located in the communal space on Floor 1. The exact location of your postbox is: 
 

The postbox comes with it's own key. You can collect your keys from the parcel collection/ security office (ground floor, next to the Office) if you do not already have one.

Please ensure that you are providing the correct address to direct any mail you are expecting - details are below.

MORE ON THE PARCEL SERVICE

If you wish to do some online shopping, feel free to have your parcels delivered here. 

We are happy to sign for items on your behalf, providing the items are not too large or overly heavy. Just please don't order food parcels that need to be chilled or kept in a freezer as we don't have the facilities for that.

We will store your items securely in our parcel room, located in the Security office, ground floor, Block B (next to the main office).When we've received your parcel, we'll scan it in and you'll receive an email saying it's ready to collect. Please bring this email with you when you collect so we can verify it's you.

Please don't try to collect parcels if you haven't had an email from us.

Due to limited space in our parcel room, please aim to collect your parcel within 14 days. If you cannot collect your parcel within 14 days let us know, or a friend can collect it on your behalf. 

If you want someone else to collect your parcel for you, you must let us know in advance. Please  email Coventry@codestudents.co.uk to advise us of who will be collecting your parcel and they too must provide their own photo ID on collection.

Please note that in the unlikely event that something should happen to your parcel we will not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

POST FOR PREVIOUS TENANTS

If there are any letters addressed to the previous occupier of the flat then either write ‘return to sender’ on the envelope and place it in a post box or drop them into the office where we will deal with them on your behalf.

If anything is addressed to CODE Students, can you forward these to the CODE office and we will deal with these.
