Our friendly team are here to make sure you have the best experience possible. Any questions or issues please feel free to pop into the office and have a chat or contact us by phone, email or on our chat service.

Who are we?

Our Office Team

Led by our Accommodation Manager Lauren and Assistant Accommodation Manager Danielle, our team of sales executives are there to help with all of your queries. Come say hi to us:

  • Opening times of services like parcels and the gym
  • Maintenance queries and how to log them
  • Electricity bills and charges
  • Printing (a small charge applies)

The office is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm and phones and emails are picked up on Saturdays from 9am-5.30pm.

Our Parcel Team

  • Christine has worked in accommodation roles in Coventry for 14 years... so she knows a lot!
  • Warren is one of our security staff and helps to give out parcels too
    Parcel collection is open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5.00pm.

Our Online Customer Chat Service

Our online customer chat service is open Monday to Saturday. They are used to getting all kinds of questions, so never be afraid to ask.

The people who make up the CODE family

Chat Angel Rachel says...

We are ready to answer any question you may have! It could be anything from the size of the mattress or the dimensions of the drawers. No question is too weird or obscure, but if we are not 100% sure of an answer, we will ensure a member of our team will get back to you with a response. We are online 7 days a week to help with anything possible!

Other common questions we get asked are things like 'what items should i bring with me?', 'what time is the parcel collection open?', or 'what is the social event for the week?'. 

One of my favourite things about chat is feeling like I can not only help new and current tenants in a convenient way, but I can also virtually meet tenants before they arrive on site, meaning they feel welcome when they move in!
