Our Office Team

Led by our Accommodation Manager Lewis Morris, our team of sales executives are there to help with all of your queries. Come say hi to us:

Our Parcel 'Mum'

Chris has worked in accommodation roles in Coventry for 13 years... so she knows a lot!

She will hand over your parcel but is also there if you want to know anything about the city - or maybe want just a bit of a motherly chat.

Our Online Customer Chat Service

Our "CODE Chat Angels" are led by Angel Grace and are online 7 days a week, often when the rest of the office has left for the day. They are used to getting all kinds of questions, so never be afraid to ask.

What's even better, many of our angels are or have been residents at CODE themselves - so they know how you're feeling and have lots of inside info!

Chat Angel Rachel says...

We are ready to answer any question you may have! It could be anything from the size of the mattress or the dimensions of the drawers. No question is too weird or obscure, but if we are not 100% sure of an answer, we will ensure a member of our team will get back to you with a response. We are online 7 days a week to help with anything possible!

Other common questions we get asked are things like 'what items should i bring with me?', 'what time is the parcel collection open?', or 'what is the social event for the week?'. 

One of my favourite things about chat is feeling like I can not only help new and current tenants in a convenient way, but I can also virtually meet tenants before they arrive on site, meaning they feel welcome when they move in!
