During office hours call the CODE office on 024 76 105 106 for all alarm activations or emergencies.
OUT OF HOURS
Please call CODE Security for assistance. The number will be shared with you via email and on information in your room.
Our security team patrol the site diligently, do not hesitate to contact them if you feel you need to – they are here for you.
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
When the office is closed we do have an emergency maintenance team but all emergency issues are relayed via our security.

ON-GOING ISSUES
If you have an on going issue, such as seeing anti-social behaviour or a nuisance neighbour, please contact, our security team by email security@codestudents.co.uk.
FIRE ALARMS AND EVACUATION
Please be aware that the fire alarms are tested at all of the CODE blocks every Wednesday after midday. There is no need to evacuate the building, however, should the alarm continue to sound for more than approximately 2 minutes please assume that a real fire alarm is in progress and evacuate according to your own policy.
Tampering of any fire safety equipment or false call outs will incur a charge.

LIFTS
Our blocks have lifts to help you carry those heavy bags but should you be unfortunate enough to become stuck in a lift please press and hold the alarm button for 3 seconds, this will connect you directly to the emergency call centre, they will advise you of a response time for an engineer to attend and release you.
Please note due to Health & Safety precautions CODE staff cannot release you from the lift as this needs to be done by a qualified lift engineer.
Do call us though and we will help keep you calm.
In the event of fire do not use the lifts at all.
