CODE Fairfax Street offers private studio accommodation in central Coventry. We have the option of private studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Each studio has its own kitchen, bathroom, double bed, study area, storage and 32-inch TV, as well as high-speed broadband.

Residents also have access to free on-site facilities, including a gym, cinema, study and communal spaces, outdoor areas, 24/7 security and regular social and wellbeing activities.

The location is another key benefit: CODE Fairfax Street is just 150m from Coventry University and next to Pool Meadow Bus Station, with direct buses to the University of Warwick running every 7 minutes.

Your CODE rent includes water and internet, with broadband speeds of up to 500Mbps wired and unlimited uploads and downloads. Electricity is separate, and you can choose between:

• Electricity Excluded contracts – you will be billed monthly for the number of electricity units used and your daily standing charge.
• Electricity Package contracts – your package means your daily standing charge and unit use for the duration of the contract up to a set amount (£720 for 48 week contracts and £765 for 51 week contracts). The majority of students find that with careful use this sees them through the year*.

In simpler terms, rent includes water and internet; electricity is an additional choice.

Yes. CODE has a free on-site gym for all residents, open daily from 7am–10pm with a range of fitness equipment. Residents can also book the dance studio for free and take part in fitness activities and wellbeing programmes throughout the year.
 

CODE Fairfax runs free social events and activities throughout the year, giving you opportunities to meet other residents and make friends.

Not only will you find a range of social events happening at CODE but also fun classes like hip-hop dance.

Yes, unlike some student accommodations, friends and family are welcome to visit you at CODE Leicester, and overnight guests are also allowed. We simply ask that you are considerate of other residents and keep noise to a reasonable level.

CODE Fairfax has 24-hour on-site security, including regular site patrols, and residents can contact the security team at any time. The building also has secure fob entry, so only authorised people can access the complex, as well as CCTV around the site.

Yes. Here at CODE we have an amazing parcel service located in the ground floor front office. Our friendly staff will sign and hold onto any packages for you, all you need to do is go and pick them up. It also means you don’t need to wait around all day for any deliveries!
