All of the rooms at CODE are self-contained studio flats. But what does that mean for you?

In your room

In each CODE studio, you will have:

• Your own private bathroom – with double shower, mirror, and heated towel rail
• Your own private kitchen – with Oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer
• A study space – with a desk, chair, and pinboard
• Ample storage and wardrobe space, as well as handy under-bed storage too!
• A seating area
• A double bed (Excluding our Standard Single studio)
• A TV
• Switches and plugs in easy-to-access locations, like above your bed!

This means that you have your own private space, and you don’t have to share!

• Lots of space for you to bring your owner toaster, kettle, and coffee machine
• A private space to study, so there are no distractions

• You can personalise it to your taste and style (in line with the rules of your tenancy)

Our rooms are thoroughly inspected and cleaned after each tenancy, and any items left are donated to charity. 

Dual Occupancy

We also offer Dual Occupancy for all studios, so you can share your space with someone special (excluding our Bronze Single rooms and Compact rooms). Only one of you needs to be a student and the tenancy agreement will be in their name. We will just charge you for an additional set of keys.

All we ask is that once you have booked your room, you let us know that there will be two of you staying with us by contacting the site team.
