Be sure to (sensibly) make use of that student discount while you can! 

At CODE, you have your own post-box for those small letters. These are delivered direct by Royal Mail.

But if you're ordering something large, you won’t need to be in to take delivery. Our friendly staff will sign for and hold on to any packages you receive.

Parcel collection times

Our Parcel collection times are: 

• Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm
• We are looking into offering two late night openings and will update students when we know if this is possible.

Parcel service location

You can find out team in the ground floor of Block D - between the study spaces and the student lounge. Just look out for the counter and our friendly parcel staff!

Please aim to collect your parcel within 14 days. If you cannot, we will keep your parcel for you for a further 14 days. There is no need to contact us.

POST BOXES

You will have your own personal mailbox, with a key issued to your post box when you move in. Your mailbox can be found on the ground floor of your block.

Please ensure that you are providing the correct address to direct any mail you are expecting. These are listed below.

Letters are delivered directly to your post box by Royal Mail daily as needed.

POST FOR PREVIOUS TENANTS

If there are any letters in your post box addressed to the previous occupier of the flat then either write ‘return to sender’ on the envelope and place it in a post box or drop them into the office where we will deal with them on your behalf.

If anything is addressed to CODE Students, Leicester Lettings or Jamie Lewis Residential Lettings please can you forward these to the CODE office and we will deal with these.

PARCEL SERVICE

If you wish to do some online shopping, feel free to have your parcels delivered here. 

We are happy to sign for items on your behalf, providing the items are not too large or overly heavy. Just please don't order food parcels that need to be chilled or kept in a freezer as we don't have the facilities for that.

We will store your items securely in our parcel room, and when you're ready, you can collect from our parcel room. 

When we've received your parcel, we'll scan it in and you'll receive an email saying it's ready to collect. Please bring this email with you, or your photo ID, when you collect so we can verify it's you.

Due to limited space in our parcel room, please try to collect your parcel within 14 days. 

If you prefer, a friend can collect it on your behalf. Just email leicester@codestudents.co.uk to advise us of who will be collecting your parcel and they too must provide their own photo ID on collection.

Please note that in the unlikely event that something should happen to your parcel we will not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
