You are entering into an official contract - something called a Common Law Tenancy (CLT).
If you’re living in private halls like CODE (also known as purpose-built student accommodation) you will usually have a common law tenancy or licence.
As a responsible landlord, we have signed up to the National Code of practice in order for the tenancy to be a common law tenancy or licence.
You can view a ⬇️ draft copy of our 26/27 Common Law Tenancy before you book.
You should also read our Terms and Conditions, which we will ask you to accept when making a booking.
