We like to keep things simple. Your rent already includes water and super-fast WiFi, so you can stay connected without any extra hassle.

For electricity, you can choose the option that works best for you:

Energy Excluded– Pay only for the electricity you use each month, giving you more flexibility.

Energy Package – Add a fixed weekly charge that includes an annual energy allowance. This costs £15 per week for studios and en-suite rooms, or £20 per week for apartments.

This includes if you want a personalised budget plan that splits out how you can use your student finance/maintenance loans to help pay for your rent. 

Both options provide a great space to call home. The main difference comes down to size, layout, and storage.

Classic Studio– Approximately 15m² with double wardrobes.

Deluxe Studio – Approximately 18m² with triple wardrobes, giving you extra storage space.

If you value having a little more room or need more space for your belongings, one of our Deluxe Studios could be the perfect fit.

Please note that Classic Studios may also have slightly different layouts or more compact windows depending on the room.

It's difficult to give an exact average, as everyone's energy usage depends on their lifestyle and habits.

If you choose to pay for your electricity monthly, costs can vary. Some students spend as little as **£30–£50 per month**, while others may spend **£100 or more**, depending on their usage.

If you choose our Energy Package, around 70% of students stay within their annual allowance, meaning they don't need to pay anything extra.

Energy usage is often higher during the colder months (typically November to February) as heating is used more frequently. However, this is usually balanced out by lower usage throughout the rest of the year. This is one of the reasons many students prefer the Energy Package, as it helps spread energy costs more evenly across their contract

Yes, we offer dual occupancy in all of our studios and one-bedroom apartments for an additional £25 per week on top of the weekly rent.

One person will need to hold the tenancy agreement in their name and must be a student studying at a further or higher education institution.

We also charge a £40 refundable deposit for an additional fob and key, which will be returned when these are handed back at the end of the tenancy

If you’re booking two separate rooms, we can also do our best to arrange rooms next to each other where possible, subject to availability.

Our 1-bedroom apartments are approximately 40m², while our 2-bedroom apartments are around 60–65m².

Our 2-bedroom apartments are available in two different layouts, giving you a choice of options to find the space that works best for you.

• The location (Coventry or Leicester)
• The room type (en-suite, studio, apartment, etc.)
• The contract length (48 or 51 weeks)
