We know how important it is to keep active and healthy – exercise improves your brainpower, gives you confidence, is fun, great for your mental health, and, oh, you’ll look good too 😉

Here at CODE we have fantastic facilities including an on-site gym, fitness classes, two dance studios – all of which you can use for free. You can find the facilities on Floor 1, Block A

Opening hours: 7am – 10pm – 7 days a week.

What we offer

GYM + INDUCTION 

The air-conditioned CODE gym is completely free to use and open daily from 7am to 10pm. It’s kitted out with state-of-the-art Techno Gym equipment, with treadmills, bicycles, steppers, resistance machines and free weights all included. 

Before using the gym you must complete a gym induction, just come to the office.

FITNESS CLASSES

This year we'll be hosting a range of fitness classes in our Dance Studio. These could include HIIT workouts, yoga, boxing and maybe even Zumba lessons!

You can also stream any of the online sessions we offered in 2020. These ran from September 2020, and can be found on our Facebook page. There are both 1-hour and 30-minute sessions, so you can choose the right one based on your mood. 

TOP TIPS TO GET MOTIVATED

TAKE PART IN A CLASS

We offer a variety of fitness classes both online and in person. If you value the social side of exercise then a class may be for you. Meet new people and make friends while getting fit.

Our instructors will motivate you and will teach you proper form and technique to lower the risk of injury.

BE FLEXIBLE

No, not just from our regular yoga sessions. Make sure you find a time to workout that works for you.

Experiment with different times, seeing when you feel your best and when you’re most likely to do it. And of course, you can always do it from the comfort of your studio.

Forget Joe Wicks, choose one of our HIIT workouts with Andrew or a yoga class with Dave. Just be considerate to neighbours if you're trying a late night/early hours workout.

DIET

Eating healthily doesn’t mean restricting yourself. Have that chocolate bar. You deserve it.

Just make sure your diet has a good balance of proteins, fats, and carbs. And don’t forget to eat your five-a-day! We're also here to help you out with our Super Foods guide - you'll find us handing out these nutritious but sometimes random foods throughout the year!
