5. 🎓 Different contract options for postgraduates 

You can choose a 48- or 51-week contract, ideal for one-year master’s courses and longer postgraduate programmes. 

6. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Dual occupancy options 

Here at CODE you can either live on your own or you can live with your partner, even if your partner is not a student.  

If you choose to live with your partner, there is a £25 extra rent charge per week if you live as a couple, and you will need to purchase an extra key and fob (£40, refunded at the end of the year). 

Courtyard Studios 

If you’re a postgraduate student that still loves being surrounded by student life, then our Courtyard Studios are ideal for you. 

City Studios 

If you love looking out into the city, then we would recommend one of our City Studios. And remember, the higher the room, the better the view. 

River Studios 

Want to have a peaceful vibe at home? Choose one our River Studios for a gorgeous view of the river where you’ll be able to see ducks and swans. Perfect for a calming atmosphere when you’re studying. 

Larger Studios 

We highly recommend our larger studios for postgraduates.  

Larger rooms are generally better suited to postgraduate life, as they provide a spacious and comfortable living environment, almost like having your own large flat. The additional space also gives you more room to organise and store your belongings, making the room feel more homely.
