Which room is best for you?

Find your perfect fit

Every CODE studio is designed to offer the same premium living experience.

Whether you choose Bronze, Silver or Gold, you'll enjoy the same great quality throughout, with gold studios including extras such as additional storage, our biggest TVs and a guaranteed double bed.

The biggest difference between our studios is their location:

City Studios

Love being connected to the buzz of Leicester? Our City View Studios overlook the surrounding streets, keeping you close to the action.

Our lowest-priced rooms are on the lower floors, but from as little as £5 extra per week, you can move higher for better views, less traffic noise and a quieter feel.

Floors 7 and 8 offer fantastic city views, while our Penthouse floor gives you the very best views and fewer neighbours.

Courtyard Studios

Overlooking our landscaped courtyard within CODE's secure gates, these studios offer a welcoming community feel.

Lower floors are great value, while higher floors (from just £5 extra per week) provide a quieter outlook with more privacy and less foot traffic outside your window.

River Studios

Wake up to peaceful river views, with swans and ducks right outside your window.

These studios offer a quieter setting with plenty of privacy.

Upgrade to a higher floor or the Penthouse for even better views, a quieter atmosphere and more morning sunshine.

Larger Studios

If you'd like more room to make the space your own, our Larger Studios are a great choice.

Some feature extra windows, a separate-feeling kitchen or their own entrance corridor.

Our largest studios are up to twice the size of a standard room, giving you space for extra storage, a dining table or simply more room to relax.

You can also save around £10 per week by choosing one of our smaller Larger Studios while still enjoying significantly more space than a standard studio.

Every layout is unique, and we'll help you find the one that suits you best.
