Find out everything you need to know about booking with CODE

Want to book? That's great!

 

📅 To reserve your room for 7 days, all you need to do is pay a refundable holding deposit (equivalent to one week's rent).

💻 Booking online is the quickest and easiest way to reserve your accommodation with us.

📝 You can ask for a special request (such as a specific floor or room number) on the booking form.

📞 Or you can contact us for more help. We offer a personalised service with real humans - not bots!

Things to consider before booking

How are you going to pay?

We have different payment options:

  • 4 instalments 
    (with a guarantor)
  • Monthly payments
    (with a guarantor)
  • 2 instalments
  • Pay in full

What kind of room do I want?

We have different rooms to suit every budget. 

Choose between:

  • different size rooms
  • lower or higher views/floor levels. 

    Some rooms sell out quickly.

How long do I want to stay for?

You can choose between a:

  • 48 -week contract 
  • 51-week contract. 

    Our accommodation is very affordable.

    The total cost can be cheaper than other places with shorter contracts.

How do you want to pay your bills?

Water & internet are included. Then choose between

  • 'Electricity Excluded' contract - where you are billed monthly for your electricity, based on your use.
  • 'Electricity Package' contract - a set amount of money for the year to cover your energy use.

Agreements and contracts

Everything you need to know about your tenancy agreement and booking terms at CODE. 

You are entering into an official contract - something called a Common Law Tenancy (CLT).  Please read the draft tenancy agreement and Terms & Conditions carefully before booking.

Guarantors

For some payment options we'll ask you to have a Guarantor. 
That is a homeowner in England (including the Isle of Wight or Isle of Man), Wales or the Channel Islands.

A refundable tenancy deposit is required as part of your booking and will be protected in line with legal requirements.

Our rooms are very popular and sell out fast. If the room you are interested in is sold out, you can still try to get a room by making a ‘waitlist booking’.
