Welcome to the newest addition to Fairfax Street! Opening in September 2026, Blocks E-G are our brand new building, designed to provide a modern and comfortable place to call home.
Whether you've booked one of our brand new studios, a 1-bedroom apartment, or a 2-bedroom apartment, we're delighted to have you as part of the CODE community.
This page contains everything you need to know before you move in, from key information about the building to helpful tips for settling into your new home. We can't wait to welcome you in September!
All rooms and apartments in Blocks E–G use the postcode CV1 5GA. You'll have your own personal post box for letters, and our team can safely accept larger parcel deliveries on your behalf.
If you're living in Blocks E–G, any parcels you receive will be available to collect from the Parcel Office in the main CODE Office (Block A).
Residents in our apartments have the convenience of their own washer and dryer. If you ever need additional machines, the on-site laundry facilities in Block B are also available to use.
Studio residents have access to the shared laundry facilities, located on the first floor of the communal area in Block B.
The bin store for Blocks E–G is located to the rear of Block F.
Your safety is our top priority, which is why we have an on-site security team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you have a concern, need assistance, or simply have a question, they're always on hand to help.
At CODE we want you to have fun but there are a few things that are definitely not permitted, as outlined in the terms of your contract.
Keeping our site clean, welcoming, and well maintained is a top priority. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams work hard every day to ensure everything runs smoothly and that shared spaces are always looking their best. Click below to learn more about the teams who help make CODE feel like home.
Bring your own bike or borrow one of ours! With secure bike storage and free bike hire available, getting around Coventry is easy. The bike store is located under Block C.
